Prepared for Magdalena Limarosi
limarosi.com Date April 2026 Timeline ~4 weeks to launch

This document outlines every phase of the project — from the moment you confirm to the day your new platform goes live. The goal is full transparency: you'll always know what's happening, what's next, and what (if anything) I need from you.

Your only job is to share a few files and answer a few questions. Everything else is handled.

Phase 0
Before work begins
Kick-off
Activation & Brief
The project officially starts when the activation payment is received. At the same moment, your monthly subscription begins. You'll also share visual inspiration so I can align the design direction with your brand before writing a single line of code.
  • You receive a payment link for the one-time activation fee (€350) — this also activates the monthly subscription (€150/month)
  • You share visual inspiration — a website, image, or mood board that represents the direction you like. No logo needed at this stage; we'll create one for you
  • Short intake questions answered via email (tone, audience, colours you're drawn to, key priorities)
📩
Action required from you Complete the payment link I'll send you and reply with your visual inspiration — a website, a photo, anything that says "this is the feel I want." That's all I need to get started.
Milestone: Project officially starts
Week 1
Days 1–7
Foundation
Logo, Design Setup & Environment
The server is provisioned, WordPress is installed, and the visual foundation is built — including your logo and brand identity. By the end of this week, the site has a structure, a look, and the core pages are taking shape.
  • Logo & basic visual identity prepared based on your inspiration
  • Server setup, SSL certificate, domain configuration
  • WordPress installation with Astra theme + Elementor Pro
  • Global design system: typography, colours, spacing
  • Header & footer built
  • Homepage structure (layout, sections, visual rhythm)
  • About page and Contact page
Week 1–2
Days 5–14
Commerce & Courses
WooCommerce & Tutor LMS
The platform backbone is configured — e-commerce for course sales and session bookings, and the course platform that will host The Accelerator. All payment flows are tested before content is added.
  • WooCommerce installed and configured (products, checkout, payment gateway)
  • Tutor LMS Pro installed — course structure set up and tested
  • Course product page built in WooCommerce
  • 1:1 session product pages with booking flow
  • Services / offerings page
Week 2–3
Days 10–21
Migration
Course Migration from Kajabi
The Accelerator is transferred from Kajabi to Tutor LMS. Content, materials, and structure are recreated. Videos are moved to hosted storage. The remaining courses are inactive and will not be migrated at this stage — they can be added at any time as part of the monthly subscription at no extra cost.
  • The Accelerator migrated to Tutor LMS with full content structure
  • Lessons, materials, and downloadable files transferred
  • Course videos moved to hosted storage (no extra storage fees)
  • Student access levels and enrolment logic configured
  • Course landing page built and connected to WooCommerce checkout
  • Future courses: adding new courses is included in the subscription, no additional fees
Milestone: Platform is fully functional
Week 3
Days 18–24
Automation
Booking, Payments & Email
The system is connected end-to-end. A client can discover you, book a session, pay, and receive a confirmation — all automatically, without you lifting a finger.
  • Booking calendar (Amelia or Calendly) installed and configured
  • Calendar connected to WooCommerce — clients pay at the time of booking
  • MailerLite connected to the site (opt-in forms, tags, lists)
  • Welcome email sequence set up for new subscribers
  • Post-purchase automations configured (course access + session confirmation)
  • GDPR consent and privacy setup
Week 3–4
Days 21–28
Quality & Launch
Testing, Your Review & Go-Live
Every flow is tested end-to-end across desktop and mobile. You get a private preview link to review the site, request final adjustments, and confirm you're happy — before any DNS switch happens.
  • Full device and browser testing (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • End-to-end payment & booking flow tested with real transactions
  • SEO basics: page titles, meta descriptions, sitemap, Google Analytics + Search Console
  • You receive a private staging link for review
  • Final adjustments based on your feedback
  • DNS switch to your domain → site goes live
  • Kajabi can be cancelled from this point
Action required from you Review the staging site and confirm you're happy. I'll handle the DNS switch and go-live. From this moment, the monthly subscription is fully active and all management is included.
